Home Movie Day Rochester is co-sponsored this year by George Eastman House (www.eastmanhouse.org) and Visual Studies Workshop (www.vsw.org). Bring in your 8mm, super-8 or 16mm films, where they will be inspected by trained film technicians and archivists and then screened in front of an audience if they are in good condition. Home movies do not need to be your own family's but can also include found films. Everyone is encouraged to introduce, narrate, sing along, or play music to their film – the more participation the better! There will be information available on how to properly care for your movies, transfer options and local vendors, and raffle prizes. Home Movie Day is a free event and wheelchair access is available.

Film drop-off before the event is preferred for inspection and projection preparation.
